A conversation about your decision

What needs to be understood

before your next decision?

Bring the proposition, question or direction you are working on. Together, we can define the support it requires.

A professional exchange, not a sales discussion.

What the first conversation does

What decision are you actually being asked to make?

It establishes what you need to establish, decide or make workable, and what research, challenge or support would be useful in your circumstances. Sector, geography and business maturity refine the context; they do not, by themselves, determine fit.

Not every conversation results in an engagement. Where the decision does not warrant external support, or where the decision-maker is not prepared to retain ownership, we will say so. That protects trust and focus on both sides.

Fit and qualification

A useful engagement has a consequential question, an accountable sponsor, access to relevant context and willingness to examine inconvenient evidence. A serious proposition can qualify before revenue or funding. FBP’s cross-sector samples demonstrate applications of a method, rather than unrestricted expertise in every industry.
